I had gone to check the issues in my audio jack and to check the battery health of my PC. I was thinking if I need to replace the battery to improve my standy, but the technicians had the integrity to state that the standby would however be 3 hrs with a battery replacement. Overall, had a good and trustworthy experience with them. Excellent services and way of handling the customers was so good. Those who want best laptop/pc service with reasonable cost and excellent quality can prefer superchip technologies.

Gave my laptop for a wifi/bluetooth adapter repair and a graphics card for chip level repair. They were unable to rectify both the issues. Not sure if it's the unavailability of spare parts. They did not call me let me know the status of repair and had to ring them up thrice to know the status of the graphics card even though I told them it's not an urgent repair. The people there are courteous.
